Emergency Lighting

Aardvark Electrical provides cost-effective, high-quality, and professional emergency lighting design, installation, and testing to commercial and industrial customers in Dublin.

Our expert team has over 30 years of experience and we install emergency lighting systems in all varieties of commercial and industrial buildings. Emergency lighting ensures that in the event of a power failure, exit signs and other essential systems remain illuminated. We can design systems that meet your specific property needs and all our installations adhere to the legal requirements associated with emergency lighting.

The purpose of emergency lighting testing is to ensure that the integrity of system is maintained. There is a requirement of quarterly 30 minute functional tests (all test facilities except ATS) and one full duration test of three hours annually (Code of practice is 3217). Systems must be tested annually and it is advised that the test should be completed during a time when risk of emergency is as low as possible.

At Aardvark Electrical, we have completed the BESS (Building Emergency Safety Systems) and are FETAC level 6 certified to provide emergency lighting installations and emergency lighting testing.
